Hi, guys. Please let me know how to say better such kind of sentences... For instance: he told me, that if he meets them he'll do smth.

I do have a couple of suggestions me dijo/decía que si los encuentre hará algo (so past then present subjunctive(he doesn't know for sure if it'll happen) and then future) , or

I'm not a native english speaker so don't kick me))) and please comment what do my both thoughts mean, so I can improve my english too

I see you are from the Ukraine? Do you speak Russian? I love how Russian sounds, but I don't understand a word of it. :-( - webdunce, Nov 23, 2010

He told me that if he were to run into them, he would do something
(Irrealis conditions) - The meeting has not happened in the past and will not or is unlikely to happen in the present or in the future

He told me that if he runs into them, he is going to do something
(Realis conditions) - It is possible that he might meet them in the present or sometime in the future (it's an attainable condition).

Fromt he DPD:

1.1.1. «Reales».

Your citation is very much on point but your "(Ir)realis conditions" strikes me as an odd combination of Latin and English. - samdie, Nov 23, 2010
@Samdie: I'm not sure that I follow you, but I would very much be interested in hearing a more in-depth explanation if you might be willing to offer one. - Izanoni1, Nov 23, 2010

Hi,

there are very understable sentences what you wrote. I'm Spanish, I would tranlate that as " Me dijo que si los encontraba haría algo".

I hope it helps you

Miguel.
