Where to put the pronoun?
Translation of part of a sentence:---
"I'm sure they'll have told her everything by now.":--- "Estoy seguro que para este momento se lo habrán dicho todo."--- or---"I am sure that for this moment to her it they will have told all"---but in this sentence, "her" isn't really indicated (ella), and I'm not sure where it would go--right after "dicho"?--"..dicho al ella todo"?

In this sentence se represents "to her" so you don't need to worry about putting "a ella" anywhere. You can do so if you wish to emphasize specifically that it was said to her, such as if you were upset that they didn't tell you but they told her. Also I would probably say "ya" instead of "para este momento". Hope this helps
Estoy seguro que para este momento se lo habrán dicho todo
I think a ella can go in at least two places...
Estoy seguro que ya se lo habrán dicho todo a ella.
Estoy seguro que a ella ya se lo habrán dicho todo.
But, trust me, instead of coming across as simply her, this is more likely to come across the same way as it would in English if we were to emphasize the word her as in I'm certain that by now that will have told her everything, as though you were perhaps upset that they told her and not you.
I get the impression that the Spanish mind is very used to not caring about the gender of the person referred to with SE. However, the Spanish mind is used to regarding adding a ella (when you've already said SE) as implying special emphasis.
However, you won't hurt anything by adding it as the tone of your voice or the tone of your writing in general (if you are writing) is more important, I imagine.
