The post of data entry clerk in Spain is called 'grabador de datos', and the task itself 'entrada de datos'. However, judging by a quick google search, 'grabador de datos' doesn't seem to be used in other Spanish speaking countries.

This site contains three translator engines. You can use them to look up common terms or phrase for translation. They usually provide good results, but you can post the result here if you need help.

It ran "data entry" through the translators. This is probably the best one, but a native speaker would provide the best answer.
