Pretty much the same. Baby sounds tend to be pretty universal. And ultimately irrelevant.
In babyspeak, tone is far more significant, meaningful and important than the actual utterance.

Coochy coochy coo is something you say to babies when you see them, to make them smile and to show affection... Not what a baby says!
