Which word to use for "How Sweet!"?

Question

There are so many words for the word "sweet" in Spanish. If someone posts a cute picture of a kitten and you want to say "How sweet!" what would you say?

I'd probably say ¡Qué precioso!.

I have heard ¡que mono! before; I was told it's more "how cute" than "how sweet," though.

I would say,

"¡Que cosita más bonita!", "Es precioso/a", there are very sweet expression when you're speaking about nice kitten.

Literally, "que dulce"...also appropriate "que lindo/a" (cute).
