No, "jamonear" is that someone it´s eating your Jabugo Ham (girlfriend in this case) without your permission. The girlfriend is too beautiful and the boyfriend is jealuos You understand

Of course, jamonear as word is not in the dictionary, it´s an allegory

In light of the new (to me) word jamonear, I'd say it has no equivalent that I know of in English. However, the idea can be communicated like in several ways, but below is one possibility (I think)...

That guy over there hiding is trying to keep tabs on his girlfriend to make sure she doesn't cheat on him again

Although, I guess—in the spirit of the analogy—we could get creative and do something like...

That guy over there hiding is keeping tabs on his girlfriend—keeping the flies off his honey.

...or...

That guy over there hiding is keeping tabs on his girlfriend—keeping the other dogs off his prized bone.

...or...

That guy over there hiding is keeping tabs on his girlfriend—guarding his loot from thieves, if you will.

It looks like anda is being used to mean "guy"...or something similar, I guess.

I can't figure out jamoneen. Sorry.

Here's my best attempt at it...

That guy over there hiding so that they won't {something} him more to his girlfriend/fiance.

I guess jamoneen could be a badly misspelled version of llamar...llamarán, llamaren, llamarían??? If it is, then it might be something like...

That guy over there hiding so that they won't call him over to his girlfriend again.

jamonear

I think that jamonear has many meanings, just like many other slang words.
