I guess it's "mucha carilla."

I couldn't find anything official, but I googled "dar carilla," and I get the impression it means "to play pranks on" or "to tease" or something like that.

Mayordomo can mean several things, of which foreman is only one option. It can also mean butler, head servant (over all the other servants), steward and things like that. So, you'll have to use the context to determine the meaning. I'll use foreman since you did, though.

So, I think it could possibly mean The new foreman teases us a lot or The new foreman play pranks on us a lot, but I could be wrong.

Now, if you mean you want to translate the new foreman pushes us a lot into Spanish, I think I would say el nuevo jefe es muy duro con nosotros.

Just FYI, I'm not a native Spanish speaker at all, though. So I'm uncertain about this. - webdunce, Nov 19, 2010
