Hola,¿cómo te llamas? and that is how you write it in spanish if that was your question.
you can also say to be formal to someone you don't know, or a boss, or to basically be respectful is ¡Hola!, ¿cuál es tu nombre? = hello, what is you name ¿Cómo te llama? translates to the same thing, but according to my professor, it's more of saying/ asking what do you call yourself, also its more or less used around friends, family, relative, and so on.
but remember: when responding to the question use the correct response, there technically not interchangeable EX. hola, ¿cómo te llama? respond: hola, me llamo (your name) (FAMILIAR)
with ¿cuál es tu nombre? respond: me nombre es (your name) (FORMAL) ![]()
