new emailed password unrecognized
Hi! I lost my password and had a new one emailed to me but the system kept saying it was unrecognized! I cannot log in with my old username anymore and so I have to start all the way over from the beginning! Is there ANYONE that can help me?

Thanks for the reply, but no, I did not at that time.
The only way I could post questions about this was to create a new username and log in this way - but I have lost all my work and will have to start over.
It appears that the email replacement system is broken, because I was able to get a new password emailed to me, but every time I tried to log in with that new password and my email address I got a message saying it was unrecognized.
There also appears to be no way to email administrators about bugs in the system so I had to resort to this.
Maybe you also changed your username?
