pringado = dirty or mixed up in
chulería = threat
chulo = neat, cute, show-off

mmm chulo means (cute man/boy), chula means (cute woman/girl) but i am not sure about chulería but i am almost sure that the meaning is related to beauty or something like that, it is most used in Central América.
Other thing it is used with the verb estar:
Example:
Estás bien chula. (You are pretty cute/handsome).
