"Yo también bien" cuando alguin te pregunta cómo estás, o se trata de una repetición

Yes it is right, it happens when you ask someone ¿Cómo estás? and he answers back Estoy bien ¿y tú?, and we use to say:
También bien gracias.
Also bién también, gracias is fine

I think I've heard "bien también" but I'm not sure about this one.

to me, también bien sounds too cacophonic
