I have just looked at the translator, the best and only valid translation is

Cuenta conmigo.

You can also say:

Yo voy!

Me incluyo (en el plan)

Me sumo (al plan)

Me apunto.

"Count me in" means consider me to be a part of the plan / activity. Just to add some context, in English, "count me in" might be used in situations like the following...

.

Barbara: Sue, we're planning a surprise party for the boss. Want to help?

Sue: Sure! You can count me in.

.

Jim: Bob, we're making a list of people who would like to participate in the charity run next week. Can I add your name?

Bob: Sounds great! Count me in.

.

Frank: Tomorrow we're gonna rob the bank on Main Street. You in or not?

Norm: Yeah, count me in!

(Just wanted to show it can be used for nefarious plans as well; I certainly don't condone—or even generally recommend—the robbing of banks.)

.

So, I wonder what Spanish natives would be more likely to say in such situations.
