What does "igualmente muneca" mean?

I told my boyfriend, "Te quiero," and he said, "Igualmente muneca." The SpanishDict translation says "also doll," but I'm thinking he was really saying, "Me too sweethheart" or "I love you too baby doll." Something along those lines. Am I close? Thanks for your help!

Welcome to the forum. Yes, you're right. "Me too, doll." Something like that.
