This is new to me. What does it mean?
My friend sent me this message: Haber cuando hablamos.
I'm not very good with the (sometimes aux.) verb "haber" other than things like: hay, haya ___, he/has/ha/hemos/etc, haber de, etc, etc...
My best guess is that this means: We must talk.
Is that right?

Your friend is not good with his written Spanish. The correct spelling is:
A ver cuándo hablamos.
Do you want to try to translate it yourself now, or you still need help?
