How do you say: one's?
How do you say: Reading without sufficient light can harm one's eyes?
Is it: La lectura sin la luz suficiente puede dañar los ojos?

I'd say:
¿La lectura sin suficiente luz te puede dañar los ojos?
or
¿La lectura sin suficiente luz puede dañarte los ojos?
i think that the answers above are not completely right, the literal translation is:
Leer sin suficiente luz puede dañar los ojos de uno
the answers before were right but your question is more interesting because in spanish we rarely use "de uno" , it is like if you were talking about yourself in third person.
another example could be
Los rayos solares pueden dañar la piel de uno
The sun's rays can damage one's skin
You may can´t find it in a dictionary because its an unusual question and, as i told you, people uses it in very rare cases, indeed it is kinda rhetorical.
Other thing:
Leer sin suficiente luz puede dañar los ojos= Read without sufficient light can harm eyes
that's why i told you that the answers before were not completely right because it changes a little the sense of the statement.
really nice question. hope to help you
When you're talking about clothing or body parts that clearly belong to the subject, you use the definite article (el/la/los/las) and not the possessive adjective (mis/tus/etc). So "los ojos" is correct.
This is how you say it; "¿Puede la lectura sin la suficiente luz dañar los ojos?"
