Question

How do I say this? I recently found out that an enemy of mine has lost his mother. I want to tell him all bets are off and that I am here for him no matter what, that he can lean on me and all bad bets are off. How do I say this? Thank yuu.

Edit: he does not speak English but he and his are against me and mine.

How does it sound...

"Estoy aquí para lo que necesites, puedes contar conmigo... empezamos de cero, borrón y cuenta nueva"

I think "empezar de cero"... "starting from blank"...

and... "borrón y cuenta nueva"... "let's erase everything and start over":..

are the closer to mean "all bets are off"
