Pen Pals? yes? no?
I was listening to some of my favorite music when an idea popped into my head. I was wondering if anyone has thought of, or knows of a penpal website for Spanish. Or maybe wants to be mine? Jaja, anyways....Just wondering, thanks!

I don't know about livemocha, they don't have a forum, I personally think it is a rather boring site.
I talked to Valerie yesterday and she said she met people for interchange or pen pal I guess too at sharedtalk.
A long time ago, I used the languageexchange.com pen pal service to practice Japanese. I have not used it for Spanish personally, but there are at least some Spanish speakers using the site. I haven't checked back, but a few years ago the site had the option of allowing you to find pen pals to correspond with via mail, as well (of course, there are security concerns to consider if you are interested in doing that).
Depending on what`s that favourite music that triggered your question, I could be your penpal.

Just let me know
Live Mocha is a good site to meet folks from all over the world. It isn't specifically for penpals but I bet as you get to know some of the folks there you could strike up a penpal relationship.
NOTE: I do not have a relationship with Live Mocha other than I just started using it this week and love it. However, the lessons on this site is WAY better. ![]()
Yes www.mylanguageexchange is a great place to find penpals!! There are thousands of people you can find on that site and you can search for age, counrty, sex...everything.
A site that I just found for making friends and writing with Spanish speakers (and actually many languages) is italki.com
