"I would like to try"
How do you properly say "I would like to try" in Spanish? As in trying on clothes or something.

"Yo comería el arroz" simply translates "I would eat rice" However, "I would like to eat rice" requires the conditional of the verb "gustar" Therefore, it will translate: "Me gustaría comer arroz"
hope it helps...
Me gustaría probarme esta blusa
o
Quisiera probarme esta blusa
The verb probarse (vb pron) is used ( and suitably conjugated for each person) when you wish to try on clothes, shoes etc...
probar =to try
probarse = to try on
I hope this helps ![]()
Hi pieman, welcome to the forum![]()
to try on: probar+
Me gustaría probarme esta blusa.
You use the verb probar, ¿Puedo probarme los pantalones por favor? Can I try on the trousers please?
Quisiera probar el arroz. I would like to try the rice.
I guess you can say "Yo comería el arroz" for "I would like to eat the rice."
Hmm...so for "I would like to try rice." it would be...well I don't know how to say I would like to....but "probar el arroz." How would I say "I would like to try..."
