How do you say "P.S." in Spanish?

Hi all,

In sending letters/emails, I sometimes use postscript, "P.S.," to add a comment after the main body of the letter. I have a few questions on how this is/can be done in Spanish correspondence.

  • Do Spanish speakers use postscript in their letters/emails?
  • How common is it?
  • What is the term and abbreviation for it? (This website implies it might be "P.D." -- what does that mean? Also, it might just be "P.S.," is that true?)

Best,

mpmaster

P.S. -- Thanks for any help you can give!
