How long does it take to learn spanish and speak it fluenty?

I was just wondering. Would it be best to be around a lot of Hispanics all the time or continue to learn through this site? What is the fastest and best way to go about it?

Welcome. If you search for that question on this forum you'll find a lot of earlier threads. The answer seems to be somewhere between 6 months and a lifetime.
Definitely being around a lot of Spanish speaking people and trying to speak it yourself is by far the fastest way to learn.
