gastronomy tube
Es correcto decir 'tubo de gastronomía'?

I have always read it as sonda gástrica
Although I have only heard them referred to as gastrostomy tubes, review of the web does seem to confirm that gastronomy tube is sometimes used to refer to percutaneous gastric feeding tubes. Above are two links to sites selling them under this name.
If it were possible, what would it mean? "Gastronomy" refers to the appreciation of "fine food(s).Humans (and to the best of my knowledge other animals) not not have any special "tube" that is dedicated to "fine foods".
We do, indeed have a palate (taste buds on the tongue, really) that incline us to prefer certain foods. However, my understanding is that it all (tasty or not) goes down the esophagus.
This site uses:
El tubo de gastrostomía
La sonda de gastrostomía
La sonda gástrica
in different places, but it is an American site that is translated into Spanish.
