The idiom "venir como anillo al dedo" means..?

In the Phrasebook has been added as follows : "Me viene como anillo al dedo. = it suits me to a T. ( it fits me very well )".

But I found though that it means also "be a godsend; come at just the right time

( lit.: come like a ring to the finger )"

I wonder if both can be used by a native speaker..

Significa "en un momento muy oportuno" O "muy bien".

Venir como anillo al dedo = to be just what somebody needed, to suit somebody fine.

To fit like a glove;

"Cuando no tenía dinero encontré en la calle un billete de 5oo euros.Me vinieron como anillo al dedo." "Estaba en el paro y aquel trabajo me vino como anillo al dedo."

I think that the general usage of ´venir (o caer) como anillo al dedo´ is when something comes unexpectedly to solve a situation, as a solution, as an answer.

...

I don´t think that ´it suits me to a T´ is a good equivalent for ´como anillo al dedo´, since "it suits me to a T" means there is not even one insignificant detail that isn't right. That would be more like ´Me calza como un guante´.
