Huirle todo más

Huirle todo más

Context:

Quisiera estar siempre a tu lado, Huirle todo más.

Curious about the "le" there, curious if it says "avoiding everything else" or "fleeing from everything else". I think huir can also mean evitar, right?? Gracias.

From the song 'Estoy Enamorado' by Wisen y Yandel. From the song 'Estoy Enamorado' Quisiera estar siempre a tu lado Huirle todo mas (Sentir tu magia) de tu cuerpo un esclavo y creo que te he demostrado que! - KoriBori, Jan 10, 2013
I too have trouble interpreting songs - but I don't do the translations literally to English in a way that it destroys it's feeling/meaning - KoriBori, Jan 10, 2013

What the song says is:

"Huir de todo mal"

"huirle todo..." just doesn't make sense.

Huir can be a form of evitar (although not usually used as such) because if you run from something you in a sense aviod it. However, I would say "....... huirle todo lo de más."

Can it mean "to flee from everyone else?"

From the song 'Estoy Enamorado'

(for Spanish see my comment in the question above)

Here's how I interpret it's meaning in line with the song:

I want to always be by your side Escape from everything (Feel your magic) Your body enslaves me And I believe that I’ve shown you that!

So "huirle todo lo de más." would be "to flee from it all" not "I'm avoiding it all" like "evitarle todo lo de más" but what is the "le" doing there? Gracias.

Huirle todo ...... Avoid everything. Huirle todo lo de más .......... Avoid all the rest of it/everything else. Huir de alguien .... To flee from someone - 005faa61, Nov 15, 2010

Wow, I'm just not understanding any of that? When I first looked at Huirle todo más I thought it must be missing 'lo de' like: Huirle todo lo de más and end up meaning maybe 'escape the rest of it'. Can you please explain some more?
