how do you say "get used to something"
I'm not used to hearing even the words I already know, in spanish. How do I express that in spanish?

I'm not used to hearing even the words I already know, in Spanish.
The Google machine translator (MT) gives:
No estoy acostumbrado a escuchar, incluso las palabras que ya saben, en español
Which is quite close to being correct (it should be "a las palabras que ya sé"). The other two MTs do much worse, with this sentence.
If you want to command someone to get used to something, for example, going to bed early, you'll say: "¡Acostúmbrate a acostarte temprano!" ("Get used to going to bed early!") If, however, you want to say, "I get used to doing something" for example, "I get used to getting up early" you'll say: "(Yo) me acostumbro a despertar temprano"
Hope it helps...
If you are asking how to say this in imperative, you can say "Acostúmbrate" (Tú).
