Caminé por la calle - I walked down the street Cuando ví un perro acostado en el suelo- When i saw a dog lying on the floor

If those sentences are unconnected, they are fine, but if you saw the dog as you walked down the street, then it should be "caminaba", because the action was not finished yet.

¿Por qué estas allí? pregunté al perro - Why are you there? I asked the dog

Estás requires an accent.

Porque estoy dijo - Because I am he said

Both sentences are missing punctuation marks -a dash at least.

Se lastimó las piernas y no pudo mover para nada - He hurt his legs and couldn´t move at all

In Spanish you forgot to specify what could not he move, since it is used transitively here. If he is not moving anything, but simply "moving", without an object, "se" is compulsory: "No se podía/pudo mover". Both tenses are correct here. The choice of tense depends on how do you want to present the action -English does not normally make this distinction.

No me dejó llevarlo al veterinario, las piernas le dueló mucho - he didn't let me take him to the vets because his legs hurt too much

After "veterinario" you need, at least, a semicolon. The correct form is "dolían", since there are two legs, and you are not presenting the story after the pain was gone (finished action)

¿cómo pasó este accidente perrito? - How did this accident happen doggy?

Again, without at least a comma after "accidente", one would wonder what is an "accidente perrito". The word "Cómo" needs to be capitalized.
