I am trying to ask if some is going to the cinema again. Would I then ask ending in otra vez?

Otra vez simply means again, so the ending of the question would be "otra vez"

There is a very nice translation service and a dictionary on this site, it is really good practice if you try to translate these things on your own, then you can ask if you are correct.

It is also helpful with English, if you need help. For your information, "useful" only has one 'l' - which can be found in the English dictionary.

Hi, Mary. Welcome to the forum.

Yes, you can use "otra vez" for that sentence:

"Vas al cine otra vez?" (Are you going to the movies again?)

De nuevo also means again.

In addition to otra vez and de nuevo, you can use volver a + infinitive. For example, I am going to the store again can be said Vuelvo a ir al mercado or, if your friend is calling you yet again, you could say Mi amigo me volvió a llamar.

So, your question would become ¿Vuelves a ir al cine?
