Help with extra mandatos and subjunctives.

For the sentences below I believe they should be correct, if I am understanding mandatos better. I'm using the uds. formal verbs. Please let me know If I have corrected the verbs right.

  • Hacer ejercicio todos los días.
  • Hagan ejercicio todos los días.
  • No comer grasas ni dulces a diario.
  • No coman grasas ni dulces a diario.
  • Empezar hoy mismo a cambiar sus malas costumbres.
  • Empiecen hoy mismo a cambiar sus malas costumbres.
  • Dormir por lo menos ocho horas cada noche.
  • Duerman por los menos ocho horas cada noche.
  • //////////////////

Below I have used the subjunctive form for each verb, I think they are correct. Please let me know if I have chosen the incorrect verb, I put my version in quotations.

  • Te aconsejo que "cambies" (cambiar) tus hábitos de alimentación (feeding habits).
  • Me alegro de que mis abuelos "duerman" (dormir) mejor.
  • Es bueno que nosotros "hagamos" (hacer) análisis regularmente.
  • No creo que ella "tenga" (tener) efectos secundarios (side effects) con estas pastillas.
  • ¿Por qué sugieres que yo "" (dar) un paseo diario?

Everything sounds good to me...

Just this sentence... "Es bueno que nosotros "hagamos" (hacer) análisis regularmente"... it's perfect gramatically speaking... but the meaning it's too weird... perhaps is the word "análisis"... it sounds like "laboratory exams"... so in your sentence you're a chemist or a laboratory test runner...

And also... now that everything is in the right tense... and the right conjugation you might as well take off the subject pronouns... they are unnecessary

I see no errors. (the diacritical accent mark on dé may not be required anymore)
