Here are my suggestions. I've been studying Spanish for about 6 years now.
Step 1 - take the first series of lessons on this website Step 2 - find a bilingual community that will allow you to speak (and be corrected) and listen to others. This may be a church, school, or other social organization. This is very important to learning vocabulary and pronunciation. Step 3 - finish the remaining lessons on this site Step 4 - use a CD (Rosetta Stone, Pimsleur, etc.) for practice at home. It will expand your vocabulary and help you to be more comfortable with pronunciation.
You may also want to take a class in Spanish from a local junior college or university.
While you are doing these, keep notebooks to carefully document your studies. I have notebook to contain irregular verb conjugations, rules for tenses, etc. It is helpful for a ready reference, but also helps in the learning process.
I have not found an easy and quick way to learn the language.

Well, you don't always simply get what you want. Sometimes, you have to work really hard for it. Just roll your sleeves up and get to work 
There are many steps to go through. The first and fundamental one is: to want for real. Buena suerte!
Fast? How fast? In two hours? Unless you are quite unusually talented, it will probably take several years. Do you really think that there is some "magic" method that will allow you to learn in a matter of minutes/days what requires years for most people?

Marry a Spanish speaking person and move to a Spanish speaking country. Surround yourself with people who don't speak English.
Seriously, it's all about immersion. Even then, there are no shortcuts. You have to go through the process. How long did it take you to learn English?
