What tense is each word?

haber) una vez, Ana (estar) en el colegio. Ella (conocer) a Maria quien (ser) muy criticona y desleal. Un día Ana (ir) a la casa de su enemigo, Maria, porque ella (saber) que María quería hacer las paces. Pero, cuando Ana (llegar), no (haber) nadie allí. Ana (salir) y ella (hacer) rompecabezas. Ana y María nunca (resolver) su problema.

If someone could help me know which tense is each word in parenthesis in. I don't need help congugating the word. If this is not an appropiate question let me know. Im kinda new to this site, so let me know.

Hello, it could be any tense that you know. Why don´t you try to conjugate them and come back with further questions. There are some rules in this Forum, like this one.
