I'm guessing the correct writing is something like this: "Ay hombre! Mire(n) eso! jeje...¡Qué linda bebe!
Now, I'm guessing that this is what it means: Oh, man! Look at that! haha, How cute, babe! (or What a cute baby!) not sure which meaning is intended
