How would you say 'Human trafficking'?

I'm doing a report on Bolivia and an issue is human trafficking and I want to know the noun form, I've got traficante humano for the person and traficar for the verb, but what would the noun be? Like, En Bolivia _______________ es una problema. Gracias personas. :]

careful!!!! very important: it is not "tráfico de personas", is "trata de personas". The trafficker is "tratante" y "smuggler" es traficante. So it would be: "..la trata de personas es un problema".
