How would you correctly say "I invite him"?
I keep getting "I invite you" with everything I come up with.

I keep getting "I invite you" with everything I come up with.
That's because "I invite you" and "I invite him" would both look the same in Spanish...
Lo invito (Or, Le invito...in some regions)
You, him and it are all LO in third person for direct objects.
What's worse is that you, him, it and HER, and it are all LE in third person indirect objects.
NOTE: LO only equals the formal you (the usted form). Tú (the informal you) is te in both its direct and indirect object forms.
