"Group Membership Commitment"

"Group Membership Commitment"

Hola a todos!

I'm translating a document that, in English, is called a "Group Membership Commitment" form. The purpose of the form is that members of a therapy group sign it together and commit to coming to all sessions, working hard, etc. So in the title is this implied idea of committing to the group.

In trying to translate, I came up with "Compromiso de socio de grupo" How does that sound?

Maybe : Compromiso para los miembros del grupo. O Compromiso para los socios del grupo. But I think socio more like a business partner.

Nice idea:

Maybe

Compromiso de asistencia (al grupo)

Compromiso de fidelidad (al grupo)
