The videos are not working? Please Help!

The video is NOT working for me. It used to work before then i stopped using spanish dict for a while, about 4 months and then i went back to continue and the videos dont even load. Whats wrong?

Perhaps you need to update some drivers on your computer.

Have you changed your web browser or updated it recently?

I had the same problem and can't figure out why it's not working. I don't have a microphone either, so I can't complete each lesson unless I get 100% on everything! I sent them an email, so I'll tell you what they say if they reply.

It might be the computer you are using because thats how my laptop is Video's just stop playing on it all of a sudden..so I had 2 switch up computers

Have you tried loading them through Itunes? Sometimes that works more easily.
