Why is it perdoname?

When you tell someone you're sorry, you say "perdoname por favor." Why is it perdoname? I know perdoname comes from the verb perdonar. So when you tell someone to forgive you, don't you use the tu or usted form? So wouldn't it be "perdona por" favor or "perdonas por favor."

Also, why can't I find perdoname in the conjugation page of perdonar? http://www.spanishdict.com/conjugate/perdonar

Last question... why does Paralee tell us to say "perdoné señior(a)" when perdoné is past tense?

With affirmative commands any object pronouns are attached to the end of the verb.

perdóname=perdona+me (pardon me)

perdona is the (informal, affirmative command for perdonar)

perdone would be the usted (formal, affirmative command for perdonar)

Where exactly in the videos did you see "perdoné, Señor"? That looks incorrect.
