Philosophy 101
In reality my life can be defined as a roller coster. But not in the traditional cliche of ups and downs but the twists and turns, the up-sidedown moments, and especially the g-forces that press you down and force you to hang on for the ride. Life is one unending chain of pain and agony, punctured by a few fleeting moments of pure joy. My whole world could be cataloged by betrayals and disappointments. I am afraid of monsters. I am afraid to make friends because life has taught me that people can't be trusted. I fake myself into believing that I only have fear of others and the unknown. But what i hide from myself is the one thing I'm most afraid of: of doing the wrong thing, saying the wrong thing, being the wrong person. I am afraid to look inside at myself and see the dirty nakedness which is my soul. I am afraid of monsters, but mostly those that are inside me. In my head I always end up forming allegiances instead of friendships. On second thought, I don't really think of it at the time like that but that is how I treat them. Life is a passing dream. A far off memory thats like a scattered dream. I wana line the pieces up, yours, and mine.

You are hanging around the wrong people. I know that's true not only because of what you said but where you have said it...we are much better at giving advice on whether to use the preterite or the imperfect than we are in giving unlicensed psychiatric advice.
It's good for a class but it seems like the kind of drivel that facebook and the like are littered with. Look, life sucks, it really really sucks. Everyones life does, good moments, bad moments, death. Our dog died just yesterday, he was barking before work, after work dead in the yard. I used to make 50 grand a year, now laid off 9 an hour. My wife (ex) took all my money saved up (nearly 30 grand) and left me destitute. Everyone's life sucks.
