Are you sure of the spelling? Calvo means bald. I don´t think cavlo is a word.

I think cavlos is a typo. Calvo means bald. Pelos calvos = bald hairs, which doesn't sound quite right to me.

"pelos" is hairs, or hair, depending on the context. not sure of the other word.
