This may not be the correct response. After all, the poster didn't ask how to say it in Spanish. He may have wanted to know it in English. In this case the response would be,
Two minutes past eleven.
It's not necessary to say "y", you can just say "son las once dos" or "son las once con dos minutos" o "son las once y dos minutos".
Son las once y dos de la mañana (if it's in the morning) Son las once y dos de la noche (if it's in the night)
