Did you ever marry that "guy"?

I don't think you can use ever here (alguna vez..... etc) so I think it's ¿Has casada con ese malvado infeliz? Or am I wrong? Gracias.

Has casada is not correct. Perhaps "te has casdo con..." but that would sound less natural to me. - Gekkosan, Nov 8, 2010

you are mostly right except casada. even though you might be talking to a female in this case you would use casado. just like the "visto" in has visto or the "hecho" in has hecho would not change. you would use casada if you ask. estas casada con.....? you can use alguna vez if it is clear that the person is no longer married to the person.

There are several idiomatic ways to say this, I suppose. The one that comes more readily to my mind is: "¿Y al fin / por fín / al final te casaste con ese tipo?"

I would say "¿finalmente te casaste con ese [tipo]?
