About Ser and Estar

Hey guys I've a question, and yes i've watched the SER vs ESTAR (DOCTOR vs PLACE) video but I'm still not too sure when to use the one over another. For example:
Ella____fiebre. (is having a fever a condition(estar) or is it a characteristic/description?)
¿Donde____Ana Maria? (Location(Estar) or Origin?)
Tú____trabajadora pero tus hermanos____muy perezosos.(Characteristics/description or condition(estar))?
