As you can tell from the two different answers it depends on what regional Spanish you are trying to use.
In Spain, the plural for tú is vosotros, so the conjugation is cantáis.
In Latin America vosotros has been replaced by ustedes (and so is used for the informal as well as the formal plural of you), so the conjugation is cantan.

tu= sing+2nd person[cantas] tu amigos=plural+2nd person[cantáis]
therefore tu +tu amigos== plural 2nd person==cantáis
