What is the English Economics term for "la línea de pobreza e indigencia"? Is it just "the poverty line"? Or is the term "indigence" included? Thanks!

Definitions The poverty line represents the level of income required by a household in order to meet the basic needs of all its members.

The indigence line (or extreme poverty) represents a level of household income that can not adequately cover the nutritional needs of all its members. In Latin America and the Caribbean, in 1998, the poverty line in urban areas works out to be twice the indigence line, while in rural areas, it wass 75% higher than the respective basic food budget.

It's commonly just called 'the poverty line'. I don't know if there is a more technical term.
