I am trying to translate this sentence (this is in a courtroom setting)
Mr. Rodriguez, today you will be asked some questions about your physical impairments and job background.
Sr. Rodriguez, hoy le vamos hacer unas preguntas sobre sus impedimientos fisicos y su fondo de trabajo.
It's the job background I'm not sure of.

I think it's employment history. Don't take my word for gold though, it was an educated guess.
