Welcome to the forum!
We need a little grammar correction, and we have:
"A mí, sí me lo parece" = "Yes, it seems that way to me." or "Yea, that's the way it is."

I may not be the best to answer this, but I think it means "it seems to me" or "to me, it seems like it." I am open to correction.
