Pídame, no te digo que no, ¿como pude? Does "no te digo que no" work it does it need to be "no te diré que no". It's not "preguntame" or "hazme la pregunta" is it? It seems you are using pedir because you are asking for a favor or something. Gracias.

I would translate literally:

¡Pregúntame! No diré no ¿Cómo podría?

it has to be either "pídeme (lo que quieras), no te digo que no"... or "pídame (lo que quiera), no le digo que no", (ask for anything, I won't say no)... you can leave it in present tense and works.

it also has to be "pídemelo" or "pídeme lo que quieras"... pídeme alone sounds very weird...

¿cómo pude?... it's "how was I able to do that?"... it's almost the same as saying "why did I do that?" (¿por qué lo hice?)

the sentence sounds a bit weird... I don't really understand it very well... I'd probably need to see some more to understand it...
