That sounds like a homework question to me. And we don't do homework.
However-
It should be very easy to use the sentence "How are you?" and come up with 1 use of estar. Then various answers to that question and variations of it can produce 4 more.
You could describe some of the kids in your class using Ser. Don't forget to say that all teachers are smart!

What do ser and estar mean? When do you use one or the other? Can you think of 5 sentences in English that use those phrases? Once you do that, translating to Spanish is a lot easier.
