Copiar toda la carpeta d:\data de modo que quede en c:\fallout\data.
I think "de modo que" = "así que" or that is how I mostly have heard it. Or it can mean "as a result" but I don't see what it means here. Copy the whole folder d:\data so that it's located in c:\fallout\data? quedar means located here? Gracias.

Yes: Copy the whole folder d:\data so that it ends up in c:\fallout\data. Your interpretation is good, though.
