What for? Do you want to type things like ã, ? and ?? I warn you: those letters do not exist in Spanish.

Ah, by the way, we have a letter that happens to have the tilde on top (ñ), but it has to do with the letter n as much as the w has to do with the v.

Is it true that "ñ" started as "nn", then they decided to put one "n" on top of the other to save space, and this evolved into ñ? This is a story one of my Spanish teachers told us. - KevinB, Nov 3, 2010

The easiest way is to install the U.S. International keyboard option. Here's a link. It's easy to install, and easy to switch back and forth.
