what does 'elab' stand for?

The date mark on a bottle of drinking water I have says 'ELAB 25 OCT 10' Is this an expiry date or a manufacture date?

Hi crava - welcome to the Forum, my guess would be 'elaborated' on 25 Oct. In other words that is when it was made? Did you want something in Spanish?
