Doy gracias a todos mis amigos en la SD para hacer este día especial para mí.

I give thanks to all my friends on SD for making this a special day for me.

Before going to bed this morning at 12.30 AM, I checked SD and saw the happy

birthday post from the beautiful and talented Marianne, I then spent the night half

awake like a kid looking at the foot of his bed to see if Santa Klaus had been yet.

When I awoke at 7 AM I raced into the computer room to check the posts,

what I found was so wonderful to see all the friends on SD sending me good

thoughts and wishes , it has been the best birthday I have ever had.

We have something here on SD which is uniquely- unique as maybe our

friend the Gekko might say,I have never found anywhere a group of people

who are from different cultures religeons and countries and yet share one major

attribute ,the ability to care,to love and to show compassion to each other ,and

to do so with respect for our moral values and love of language.

We must all work hard to maintain these feelings for our fellow beings.

Thank you all for making this and every day worthwhile.
